My extensive experience and expertise in marketing, business development and real estate in the greater Austin, Lake Travis, Westlake and surrounding areas will benefit you whether you are looking to buy or sell a home in the area, invest, or relocate. Philosophy I believe a home is not a home because of it's room dimensions or the color of the walls, but rather, it's about how you feel when you walk through the front door, and the way you can instantly envision your life unfolding there. My philosophy, quite simply is to help ensure your real estate goals and desires are met to the max. Approach to Business Most Realtors spend the majority of their time and resources prospecting for new business, doing things like cold calling, door knocking, advertising, direct mail, etc. and as a result, they spend limited time on your needs, whether those be buying or selling.
I devote myself to serving the needs of my clients before, during and after each transaction. In return, all I ask is that while I am working for you, I would like you to refer me to friends, family, or colleagues who are thinking of buying or selling their home, and who would appreciate this same level of service.

Professsional Background I specialize in Luxury Home sales and marketing and am a member of the Keller Williams Luxury Homes Division. Prior to my career in real estate, I spent over 20 years in the high tech computer industry as a marketing executive where I gained tremendous experience in launching new products into the marketplace, performing in-depth market analysis, and developing new business and negotiating contracts. This experience is directly applicable to real estate where listing and marketing a home is analogous to launching a product, doing CMA's and market analysis for your home is no different than evaluating the competition for a new computer product, and as far as negotiating contracts to get you the best deal or the most money in the shortest time possible, business is business.
I worked here in Austin at AMD for 8 years as Director of their notebook business as well as Director of Strategic Programs. Prior to that I worked at Compaq as Director of Information Appliances and before that I was at Digital Equipment Corporation. Personal I have been happily married for 27 years to a wonderful woman. We have 4 kids and now 3 grand children. All are happy, healthy and doing great. Life is good!
